One Response to Shin Splints

Years ago I used to get shin splints regularly and found that icing worked really well.

I got a little tired of icing and stretching all the time so I looked into the causes. The main cause seems to be structural imbalance from the pelvis down. So off I trotted to my chiropractor at the time. A few leg adjustments later and my shin splints had gone. I now wear orthotics to stop my foot from dropping down too much at the arch and I’m a happy little dancer!!!!
