Welcome to our blog! We’ve called it Jacki’s Blog for short, though Jacki’s not the author–we are! We being me, Diana Royds, the director of Jacki’s Aerobic Dancing in Australia, and you, our students who dance to Jacki Sorensen’s magic choreography for fitness and fun.
I’ll be sharing with you lots of great articles that cross my desk about women’s health, fitness news, maintaining a healthy weight and much more. I’ll post technical information about class components like VertifirmTM, heart rates, weight use and floorwork that will help you get the very most from your workout. And I’ll keep you up to date about what’s on in our wonderful world of Jacki’s Dance, including a peek each term at the upcoming session.
