It will tell you all about us, and how you can join the fun!<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welcome to our blog!<\/strong> We&#8217;ve called it <em>Jacki&#8217;s Blog<\/em> for short, though Jacki&#8217;s not the author&#8211;<em>we<\/em> are! <em>We<\/em> being me, Diana Royds, the director of Jacki&#8217;s Aerobic Dancing in Australia, and you, our students who dance to Jacki Sorensen&#8217;s magic choreography for fitness and fun.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll be sharing with you lots of great articles that cross my desk about women&#8217;s health, fitness news, maintaining a healthy weight and much more. I&#8217;ll post technical information about class components like Vertifirm<sup>TM<\/sup>, heart rates, weight use and floorwork that will help you get the very most from your workout. And I&#8217;ll keep you up to date about what&#8217;s on in our wonderful world of Jacki&#8217;s Dance, including a peek each term at the upcoming session.<\/p>\n<p>To all our loyal Jacki&#8217;s dancers out there &#8230; we welcome <em>your<\/em> input.\u00a0 Just scroll to <em>Leave a Reply <\/em>at the bottom of a page.
